We conduct audits of our suppliers to evaluate their compliance with our standards for preventing human trafficking and slavery. These audits are performed by our internal audit team and, in some cases, by independent third-party auditors. Audits are both announced and unannounced to ensure compliance and transparency.
We require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into their products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business. This certification is a condition of doing business with us, ensuring that our suppliers uphold the same high standards we set for ourselves.
We maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees and contractors who fail to meet our company standards regarding slavery and human trafficking. Any violations of our policies can result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or business relationships.
