Anti-Modern Slavery Statement

Our organization is a U.S.-based company specializing in the manufacturing of precision components for the global medical device industry and others. We operate manufacturing and distribution facilities in the United States, Mexico and Australia and partner with suppliers across around the world to support our global customer base.

At MDC we are firmly opposed to all forms of human trafficking, forced labor, and modern slavery. We believe every person deserves to work in conditions that are safe, fair, and free from exploitation.While we currently do not have formal, documented supply chain policies in place, we recognize the importance of holding ourselves and our partners to the highest ethical standards. We are taking deliberate steps to strengthen our governance and transparency in this area, including:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive supplier code of conduct that will explicitly prohibit the use of forced labor, child labor, or any other exploitative practices.
• Enhancing supplier due diligence to identify, assess, and address risks of human trafficking and slavery within our supply chain.
• Training employees and key partners to recognize and respond to red flags for modern slavery and human trafficking.
• Establishing reporting mechanisms that make it safe and straightforward for concerns to be raised and addressed promptly.

Our commitment is ongoing. As we finalize our policies and procedures, we will publish updates to share our progress and demonstrate our dedication to responsible business practices.

We understand that eliminating modern slavery requires more than just compliance—it requires a culture of respect for human rights, collaboration with stakeholders, and an unwavering commitment to ethical conduct in every aspect of our business, which we expect from all of our partners.
