Processed from your qualified materials list. Tubing: OD 0.010–0.393 in., high-reliability tube optimized for catheter delivery systems can be laser-processed into complex structures. Sheet & foil: 0.002–0.090 in. thick, exceptional thickness uniformity at extreme thinness, for laser-cut components. Engineered components: femtosecond laser cutting, shape setting, electropolishing, and complex wire forming for stents, splines, stent retrievers, and guidewire cores.

Lighteum-sourced platinum and palladium alloys via Johnson Matthey. Wire, tube & rod: Pt/Ir, Pt/W, pure Pt precision drawn wire, thin-wall tubing, and rod stock in standard and custom alloys. Machined components: Swiss CNC ring electrodes, marker bands, miniature housings, and connector components.
